I am a PhD student within the Digital Health Technology CDT, focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence and computational methods into healthcare solutions. My academic background includes computer science and AI, providing me with a strong foundation in machine learning, data analysis, and computational modelling. My past projects have involved developing AI-driven diagnostic tools, such as models for COVID-19 detection through audio and monitoring Parkinson’s disease progression. I am motivated by the potential of AI to transform patient care and am excited to be working on research that bridges innovative technology with real-world healthcare needs.

My research interests centre on leveraging artificial intelligence to support real-time diagnostics and therapeutic interventions in healthcare. Specifically, I am focused on applying AI to medical imaging and exploring bias mitigation techniques to ensure equitable AI performance across diverse patient populations. I am also keen on utilising deep learning techniques to expand and enhance medical imaging datasets, which could improve diagnostic accuracy, particularly for underrepresented or rare conditions. Ultimately, my research strives to develop AI tools that not only enhance diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities but also prioritise fairness and patient-centred outcomes, contributing to a healthcare system where technology supports both precision and inclusivity.
